I began my professional journey in the automotive industry, dedicating two years to honing my mechnical and technical skills. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to the custom home-building arena, where I spent four years involved in various aspects of construction, including framing over 200 tract homes and 17 metal-framed commercial office building interiors.

Following this, I entered the manufacturing world, where I devoted over two decades to senior leadership positions, overseeing production lines, service centers, and multi state corporate liability departments. This experience solidified my leadership capabilities and operational skillsets.

Given my solid foundation in construction, I spent five years during the 1980s and three years in the 1990s buying, rehabbing, flipping, wholesaling and renting single-family and multi-family homes. This period sharpend my experience in real estate development.

In 2006, I decided to eliminate the Realtor aka middleman by obtaining my real estate and then broker's licenses. This move provided greater financial leverage in acquisitions and sales.

In addition to my extensive professional background, I hold two college degrees: Environmental Science and Computer Architecture & Networking.

 

Through both work experiences and academic credentials, my practical knowledge and professional expertise build on my ability to effectively creation content and market a wide variety of products, services and desinations through a number of differet platforms and media.
